Many new beauty brands can launch a product but then lose time and margin moving the finished stock into a separate logistics warehouse. For white-label products manufactured by Cosmetics Factory Direct, fulfilment can stay closer to production: we can store the finished goods, prepare outgoing boxes, and dropship orders for your brand.

This service is built for brands that want one practical partner for manufacturing, storage and dispatch. It is not a generic third-party logistics offer for unrelated goods; it is an add-on for cosmetic products we manufacture, label and document.

What we can handle

• Finished-goods storage: stock can remain with us after production instead of moving immediately to your warehouse.
• B2B dispatch: cartons or pallets can be prepared for wholesale buyers, distributors or retail partners.
• Dropshipping: individual orders can be packed and shipped directly to your customers under your brand flow.
• Platform order handling: we can work from Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, marketplace exports or CSV/order files.

Basic fulfilment rates

We keep the rates simple and cheap compared with typical external logistics because the service is connected to products we already manufacture for you:

• EUR 0.50 per product shipped
• EUR 0.50 per shipping box
• EUR 15 per SKU/month for standard storage
• EUR 25 per pallet/month when pallet storage is needed
• EUR 0.10 per imported order, or EUR 20/month per connected platform feed

Special packaging, inserts, customs paperwork, non-standard kitting, temperature-sensitive requirements or unusually heavy cartons are quoted separately before we start.

GMP and ISO storage discipline

Cosmetic stock should not be treated like random warehouse inventory. Finished products remain under controlled warehouse discipline aligned with our ISO 22716 GMP cosmetic manufacturing system: batch and SKU traceability, clean handling areas, documented movement, and separation from unsuitable goods.

That matters because your product quality and consumer trust continue after filling. A good formula can still be damaged by poor storage, mixed batches or unclear dispatch records.

When this is the right option

Fulfilment from our facility is strongest for brands that manufacture with us and want to test sales channels without building a full logistics operation on day one. It also helps established brands reduce warehouse handovers, keep batch records closer to production, and manage small B2B or direct-to-consumer runs while they grow.
