Yes. Our Barcelona facility is ISO 22716 GMP certified — the EU standard for Good Manufacturing Practice in cosmetics. Every batch is documented and fully traceable. We can supply the required Product Information File (PIF) and Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) for EU market compliance.

Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from artwork approval for white-label from our existing formulas. Custom formulation projects typically take 6–12 weeks including stability testing. We can quote faster turnaround for urgent orders.

Yes. Samples of standard formulas are available for qualified B2B inquiries. Sample costs are credited against your first production order. Request samples via our Quote page and a specialist will follow up within 24 hours.

We ship to 50+ countries. EU orders ship with full export documentation. We offer both air and sea freight. Delivery to most EU destinations takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Yes. For white-label products manufactured by Cosmetics Factory Direct, we can store finished stock, pack outgoing orders, and dropship to your customers or wholesale buyers. This is offered as an add-on after production, so your brand can avoid moving stock through a second warehouse.

Yes. We can process imported orders from Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, marketplace exports or CSV/order files. Basic order import is EUR 0.10 per imported order, or EUR 20/month per connected platform feed when a recurring feed is needed.

Our basic rates are designed to stay cheaper than typical third-party logistics for the brands we manufacture: EUR 0.50 per product shipped, EUR 0.50 per shipping box, EUR 15 per SKU/month for standard storage, and EUR 25 per pallet/month when pallet storage is needed. Special packaging, inserts, customs paperwork or non-standard handling are quoted separately.

Yes. Finished products remain under controlled warehouse discipline aligned with our ISO 22716 GMP cosmetic manufacturing system: traceability by batch/SKU, clean storage areas, documented handling and separation from unsuitable goods. This protects cosmetic stock better than a generic low-cost warehouse.
