You tell us what you want to build
Fill out our quote form: product type, formula preference (ours as-is or custom), packaging idea, finishing (box / label / print / embossing), target volume and sales market. Even rough is fine — we'll iterate.

We qualify the brief
Diego, your project lead, gets in touch from info@cosmeticsfactorydirect.com within one business day to clarify anything missing — formula deltas, certifications (CPNP for EU), capacity, closure type, branding files.

We source the packaging
If you don't already have a bottle/jar in mind, we hunt Alibaba (and our trusted partners) and present you with 2–3 vetted options — photo, MOQ, unit price, lead time. You pick one. Same for printing / embossing / box-making. We fill bottles, jars, airless and — new — 2–20 ml sachets in-house at La Llagosta.

We send a mockup for your approval
Using your chosen packaging and your artwork, we generate a high-quality visual mockup. You confirm it looks right (or ask for revisions — no charge, no limit on iterations within reason).

Paula, our Technical Director, costs the project
Once the spec is locked and the mockup approved, Paula calculates the full cost — formula, packaging, finishing, labor, certifications. We send you a firm proforma with all line items broken down.

30% deposit → sample production
You pay a 30% deposit via secure Stripe link to kick off sample production. We produce a real, finished sample of your product and ship it to you for physical approval. No mass production starts until you've seen and approved the sample in your hands.

Balance + bulk production + shipping
Once you approve the physical sample, the balance (70%) is invoiced. We produce in bulk, run quality control, and ship — with full EU export documentation (and CPNP registration if you're selling in the EU).
