What needs validation
Fragrance concentration, ingredient restrictions, allergen labelling, stability and bottle/sprayer compatibility need review. Hair use is a separate compatibility question; this brief does not promise a hair-safe formula.
Questions before development
Can the same mist be used on hair?
Only after a specific hair-use assessment. A body fragrance should not automatically be relabelled as a hair perfume.

What happens before production?
